Weighing Festival
Festival organized at the end of July at our L’Oasi Agritourism, to celebrate the end of the harvest.
During the event, you can:
– relive the weighing phase done with the horse;
– visit our Museum of Peasant Civilization;
– taste typical local dishes, especially our Carpino Fava bean;
– attend a theatrical performance among the centuries-old company olive trees
Extra Virgin Oil and Carpino Fava Beans Festival
Every year, on August 12th, the Carpino Extra Virgin Oil and Fava Beans Festival is held in the historic center of Carpino.
We look forward to seeing you at our stand to taste our products:
– Traditional Carpino Bean Soup;
– Mashed broad beans and wild chicory;
– Mashed broad beans with squid;
– Bruschette with olives, vegetables in oil, pecorino and cacioricotta;
– Desserts topped with Fig Vincotto
